Date of transaction - 4/29/25 My experience with Stretch Zone is very unfavorable. I attended a free 1/2 hr session - after which I was rushed thru a sales pitch for a membership package to sign up. Unfortunately, I signed up electronically. However, ***** the Manager, NEVER pointed out or provided me with the important contract terms. I found out 3 weeks later, when they refuse to return my $99. She says if you want your account canceled you must pay for they services never received. ***** overstretched me and caused me considerable pain for days after. I called immediately to let them no I could not continue with their services. She is sticking by their scam. A very hard core sales pitch with no details to back it up not in writing or email. Apparently, it's all in the very very fine print. Shameful!!

    Hello *****,

Your agreement was cancelled out and your first payment was returned to you. I do apologize about the expereince that you had, and you felt sore after your stretch. We do have the number system in place to control how intense the stretches are and you definitely should not have felt such intense soreness afterwards. I hope you are feeling better and maybe we can have you come in for another free stretch and try something alittle lighter for you.

    Have a great day!

I went into the Stretch Zone location at ******************************************************************** last month (11/11/23) to have a free stretch consultation session with Dk. *******. I was there for approx. 45 minutes and after the session I confirmed I would like to sign up for 4 sessions. I specifically confirmed to the sales rep well prior to this free consultation that I have had 7 surgeries on my left knee due to ACL and lateral meniscus tears. I also confirmed that my knee only has 50% range of motion, meaning I can only bend it at approx. 90 degrees. I confirmed that I didn't even know how my knee was going to feel after the free session. The rep. clearly understood that I only wanted to sign up for the 4 sessions because of my apprehension with my knee. After the session, the sales rep had me sign what I thought was an authorization for payment of my credit card. The rep never explained to me that he was enrolling me in any auto-renewal program, nor did he advise me that I had to cancel this unbeknownst auto-renewal program within 30 days or I was going to be charged an additional $220.00. It is clear the sales tactics used by this location, and several others (based on my investigating) shows that this is a systemic billing/sales tactic with various Stretch Zone locations. I have confirmation of me informing Stretch Zone via text on 11/25/23 that after my first session with ************************* on 11/17/23, my knee was hurting me. It was at that time that I determined this may not be the best service with my knee injury. I figured I would **** it up since I paid 4 sessions, but after the 2nd session I realized I could not continue with Stretch Zone's services. A few days after my 2nd session with *************************** (11/29/23), I realized I could not go any further. My knee is still hurting to this day, even after I warned both employees to be gentle with my knee. I tried to resolve this via the phone, but to no avail. I am asking for $330.00 refunded to my credit card ending *****.

I signed up for a program at Stretch Zone in July 2022. The original payment was $220 for 3 months then I was billed monthly at $109 for maintenance. There were 4 sessions for first 3 months given initially then 2 sessions per month after and session could be held for future use. After just a session I was not able to attend but was told I can use the sessions anytime. But in December when I realized I couldn't attend at all, I called and they put my account on hold.My schedule changed and I was able to resume my session. I scheduled a session and upon arriving I was told they have no record of me having a contract and no record of payments from me. I have the contract that I signed as well as the credit card receipt of payments to them. I can provide the addition credit card payments as well to show additional proof of payment.I am requesting a full refund of all of my payments made as they are clearly too incompetent to do business with. A total of $887.00.

Stretch Zone Algonquin double charged mine and my husbands account ****** on March 1 2023 for ******. When I went for a stretch on March 6th I shared with the employee and then received a call from the owner stating they would credit the card. I followed up multiple times when I did not see the credit and spoke with the owner again on April 6th and he said he personally was submitting it for a refund and if I did not see it post in **** days to call back. I called back April 6th and spoke with a **** that looked into it and returned my call stating the owner said to give it a few more days. I called back on April 12 as no credit has posted, **** looked into it again and called me back stating the owner is showing it credited that I need to call credit card company and check with them. I called credit card company and they do not see any credit coming from Stretch Zone for ******. I would just like my money back.
