    Joined club Pilates in May 2023, for a monthly class pass. I never used the membership so I canceled in October 2023, received collections notification that I owe money for classes I never attended for a membership I never used. Called collection office, they told me to cal the local gym, called local gym and received no resolution, called accounts payable and the lady I spoke with was very rude and she said she could not help me and hung up the phone. I should not have to pay money for a service I never used or received. I am asking these charges be removed from my account and collections immediately!

    I signed up for this club Pilates and was charged 179 a month. This was not a problem. Last month I could no longer afford and decided to cancel. It a problem. They said I would be cancelled. This month 179 was taken out of my account and I called to let them know. They tried to tell me that there was a 30 day notice. I had already given them a 30 day notice previously. They did say they would refund me however the money did not go back into my account. I messaged ***** the owner and she was extremely rude to me in her comments telling me to calm down. Staying that OMG its only been a day. Give it time you have been refunded. I have never felt so disrespected as a patron of a business. I normally would never leave reviews or report. But I feel this needs to be known. You just do not treat people this way and then not even help them get there money back when the mistake is on their part.

    I signed up for Club Pilates on November 18, 2021 with a recurring billing of $179 on the 18th of every month. The cancellation policy was 30 days prior to next billing. I cancelled my membership on February 14th 2022 so as not to be billed on March 18th ( feb 14th -Mar 18th is 32 days) I disputed the claim with my credit card and the owner claimed that I verbally agreed to pay for the final billing period. I DID NO SUCH THING. Therefore my credit card dispute was denied. On Page 1 bullet point 2 states:i need to give 30 day written notice to cancel. Bullet point 4 states : my recurring charges will **** on the 18th of every month. On page 3-4 is the written notice of cancellation: it states I will be billed 1 month beyond the date of cancellation. The date of cancellation is Feb 14, 2021. Therefore with me signing the cancellation notice on february I am agreeing to 1 more month of $179 billing on February 18th and I should not be billed again on March 18th as that is 32 days from when i signed the cancellation form. Page five show where I was charged $179 on February 18, and Page 6 shows where I was again charged $179 on March 18 although I cancelled 32 days prior.
