    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service we received for my daughters birthday party. The experience was far from what we anticipated, and I feel compelled to share my concerns given the considerable amount we paidover $600.Firstly, the venue was overcrowded due to multiple parties happening at the same time. Our guests were crammed together without enough chairs, making it exceptionally difficult to navigate through the area while serving pizza, drinks, and cake. It felt chaotic and unwelcoming, to say the ******** make matters worse, the so-called party host was utterly unhelpful. She seemed more interested in wandering away from the party area with a sucker in her mouth rather than assisting us or ensuring that everything ran smoothly. This lack of professionalism was shocking.We were provided with only four pizzas for 17 children and 16 adults, which was insufficient. Instead of actually helping us serve the pizzas, we were handed the boxes without any napkins on the table or sanitary items to dish out the food. The birthday gifts ended up on the floor, which was both embarrassing and unacceptable.The drink situation was equally frustrating. Instead of being provided with pitchers filled with ice-cold water and juice, we were given a basic water jug and a single liter of soda. The host was nowhere to be found when we needed assistance, despite my repeated requests for additional drinks.I am requesting that a manager contact me as soon as possible to discuss this experience, as I believe a partial refund is warranted. I have reached out many times to KidsEmpire and no one is responding back to me.
