    My lease with RENEW ON MAIN ended on July 28, 2024. An inspection of my until was conducted, with no discrepancies found, and RENEW ON MAIN subsequently agreed to reimburse me the full amount of the deposit: $500. Additionally, in that I agreed to terminate my lease early (to allow a new tenant to take possession), RENEW ON MAIN agreed to reimburse me the rent I had prepaid for the period 28 July 2024 thru 07 August 2024. I have made repeated attempts to collect the monies owed, but have yet to receive reimbursement as agreed upon between myself and RENEW ON MAIN. In light of above, I am seeking: 1.) $500 security deposit plus interest; 2.) $726.62 for prepaid costs I have attached a copy of the e-mail string between myself, and RENEW ON MAIN Agent: Ms. ***** ******.
