    Dear management team Here I go again with the frustration of trying to figure out why do the staff at options continue to fail my daughter ******* ******* and myself ****** ******. As a long time customer I have been diligent in my ongoing weight loss journey. Am I perfect?, absolutely not. However, this does not give Options staff the right to unjustifiably remove and or take away any of our products and or services. Its always something when we go for our appointments, not to mention weve had appointments but did not receive any of our medications and when we ask about the medication were told to go to ********* or the pharmacy. What happened to receiving our medication at the facility or through mail order? I guess Im subjected to reporting my issues and concerns to the outside reporting agencies because I refuse to allow options to continue to take from us. How we had services and medication that was never rendered but magically disappeared and or expired and it has not even been a your since we were honored the services? Please fix this problem for the third time.Very seriously concerned ****** ****** **********

    On April 29th 2025 I went in for my consultation with the manager ***** and was charged $5,199 for a 6 month GLP-1 membership. On May 2nd I went in to start the shots and have my blood draw. They took my blood and gave me a vitamin shot. Then, although I was advised by ***** in my initial consultation that "if I stopped taking the shot if I got pregnant it will be fine", (literally the only question I asked before paying) the district RN said I should not proceed with the process after I said I was unwilling to try to prevent pregnancy. They offered to switch my membership to something different and to take the weekend to think about it. I called on Tuesday when they opened and told them to cancel it. They sent me an invoice cancellation for $4,776 not the $5,199 that I paid. So where is the $423? They cannot take my blood, give me a vitamin shot, and then tell me they can't do what I paid for. It seems like they are trying to scam people. There shouldn't be any cancellation charges considering THEIR OWN district RN told them I cannot take the GLP-1 shot. All of this was done the same day, blood draw then vitamin shot, then telling me they can't do what I paid for. I shouldn't be charged anything. I would have not done their blood draw or vitamin shot if I had known I wouldn't be able to do the GLP-1 shots. But of course, they took me to do that first before telling me I can not proceed with the package I paid for. I would not even be in this situation if the initial conversation about pregnancy was honest and correct. Just wanted to make a sale it seems and push me through the process. If ***** didn't know, she probably should have called the District RN to advise me instead of making an answer up and telling me "all I need to do is stop taking it."
