      On the 19th of December 2023 I purchased a vehicle from RBM motors. After 2 days the check engine light came on, I then took it to a mechanic to assess the issue and it turned out to the the torque converter which can cause acceleration issues as well as effect the transmission. Due to the holiday they closed the shop for the week, so on the 26th I called the office and spoke with ********************* the same person who sold me the car, he said that he doesn't believe that there is anything he can do but will reach out to his boss and call me back. On January 3rd ****, I had still not received a call back so I followed up to be told that they cannot do anything about it and that they don't adhere to limit laws.

      On December 6th, 2022, I purchased a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country mini van from ******** Broker. The purchase of the car was supposed to come with a powertrain warranty that RBM purchased from another company. The warranty was a sham, in as much as it didn't cover the complete powertrain system. The warranty covered a limited amount of the powertrain, and the minivan developed engine problems about 5 months into the warranty period. When we were negotiating the price of the van, the salesman Pillar, stated that the warranty was for peace of mind and covered both engine and transmission (the powertrain system) in full and would take care of any problems we might encounter. When we made a claim under the warranty, we were denied coverage as the warranty they had purchased for us was a limited powertrain coverage. It didn't cover the head gasket, which is what went wrong with the vehicle. I approached RBM asking if there wasn't something they could do for us given that they had purchased the warranty. I was assured by ****** that he would run the situation by the Owner *******************, and would get back to me. I never heard from Pillar again, until we called him about a week ago. He originally denied knowing anything about the van, but then went on to say that he never told my husband and I that the warranty was for peace of mind. We believe that Pillar from ******** Brokers knowingly sold us a warranty that was of no value leaving us with no recourse for repair, replacement or refund of the vehicle. The company Alpha sells more than one product of warranty and by getting us the cheapest and least coverage, they left us with a vehicle that is of no value, since we do not have the funds to pay for repairs, which we were under the impression would be handled by Alpha. We were never given a copy of the warranty and its wording, so we couldn't know until we attempted to use the warranty that it wasn't of use and wasn't providing anything to us. ***** gave us a copy finally

      I am rejecting this response because my position stands as originally stated and ************** from ******** doesn't make an offer to settle this matter in an equitable manner. He presents a great deal of information to muddy the waters of it and that seems to be it. There is no offer here at all.
