    LAST YEAR I FAILED MY EMISSIONS TEST. I ALSO HAD FOUR DASHBOARD LIGHTS ON, SO IN JANUARY 2022 I CONTACTED MEKATECH THE SERVCE CENTER THAT I HAVE USED FOR 4 YEARS SO THEY COULD FIX BOTH PROBLEMS. TWO OF THE LIGHTS WERE STILL ON WHEN MY *** WAS RETURNED TO ME. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE **** THAT THE DASHBOARD LIGHTS WERE STILL ON, HE DISMISSED ME. SAID THAT THE *** WAS DRIVEABLE THE WAY IT WAS, BUT SHORTLY AFTER ALL FOUR DASHBOARD LIGHTS WERE BACK ON AND GREY SMOKE WAS COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE ***** ALL ATTEMPTS TO COMUNICATE WITH THE ***** OF MEKATECH WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. THEREFORE I COULDN'T GET ANYTHING RESOLVED WITH THEM, SO I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO A JAGUAR DEALER WHO TOOK ***E OF BOTH PROBLEMS. WHEN MY *** WAS RETURNED ALL FOUR DASHBOARD LIGHTS WERE OUT AND I PASSED MY EMISSIONS TEST. MEKATECH PERFORMED AND CHARGED ME $2229.81 FOR WORK THAT WASN'T REQUESTED. JAGUAR MADE THE REQUESTED CORRECTIONS, SO A FULL REFUND FROM MEKATECH IS IN ORDER.

    Tell us why here...It is sad that after helping this person so much, now she wants to discredit us, we always take great care of her, her car has many problems, and we do repair several, but we also recommend doing the other repairs but she said she could not spend more money, the smoke that comes out of the hood she knows it's because the valve cover gaskets are already old, and she never wanted to fix it, all that she spent here was for brake service, calipers, suspension, oil change, programming, we changed the coolant level sensor , alignment, wipers, fuel system cleaning, we put gas in it because it left the car without gas, we took it home. Several times, we recharged the A/C for free, it's absurd, I'm very sorry but I don't know what else I can do.

    My name is **************************************, and I am filing a complaint against Mekatech ***************** and its owner ***************************, located at **** North 111th Street, **********************: ************. Mekatech has been my mechanic for over four years. I went into their office and expressed that I needed them to prepare my car to pass the emissions test. (I am not an expert when it comes to automobiles therefore, I had to rely on their expertise and was happy that they were nearby.)  Mekatech assured me that my car problems would be resolved and not to worry. I felt confident that they would look out for me especially knowing that I am 76 years old woman. I consider them to put professionalism over profit. That didnt happen. Therefore, in response to the work performed by Mekatech I would like to resume my complaint against them. (Note, I failed the emissions test two times when all I had to do was blow out my car on the expressway as said by the emissions inspector.) I have invoices handwritten by Mekatech and want the total repayment of $2,851. If you have further questions, please call me at ************
