    I continue to receive unsolicited marketing materials via the US ************** addressed to someone who does not live at my address. I am not, nor have I ever been, a customer or client of this business. I do not know the person who the mail is addressed to, but it keeps being sent to my house.

    Hello, we use a 3rd party advertising company, we went ahead and contacted them to remove this address from any future mailings. Also, we have no record of this customer calling in to ask to be removed from advertisements or we would have respected their wishes in doing so. we apologize for any inconvenience and again had the 3rd party remove the address from any future mailing as we do not send them out directly.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The business continues to send me unsolicited marketing materials via the **** addressed to someone who does not live here. Per the settlement of my previous complaint, the business agreed that they would cease sending mail by removing my address from their list. I accepted this agreement as satisfactory based on the fact that they would do as promised.

    I am rejecting this response because: Please re-open my original complaint as the business has not fulfilled their promise to remove me from their mailing list. I continue to receive unsolicited mailing from the business with whom I have no relation. I am not, nor have I ever been a customer or client of the business.

    This message is regarding complaint number ********. We use an outside marketing company that does our direct mail. I have requested this multiple times in writing via email and they have removed names from getting direct mail to that address. But unfortunately, this homeowner still received them. I reached back out again and they just responded and stated they have wiped out the address from their system. This removes the address selected from price prospect mailings, regardless of names. Any time this is brought to our attention, we handle it swiftly to the best of our ability. I hope they do not get my more mail as to satisfy this compliant.
