  I am not sure if this company is good or bad. However, the company was able to provide me an estimate via phone but when I requested it be put in writing. I was told I have to pay $75.00 to have the estimate in writing. Which I have never had a company tell me in order to provide me with a FREE ESTIMATE, in order to get it in writing I have to pay $75.00. So, is the estimate truly free or $75.00 dollars. It definitely sounds like there is a fee. This entire place is a joke. Presuming something is a scam by an individual asking you to come see the property is a RED FLAG! Throwing out numbers based on a ****** MAP view of 21K is a SCAM! How are you quoting someone 21K but upset that they requesting for you to physically see the property instead of using outdated photos from ****** map? You never once mentioned anything about a toy drive." which honestly, has nothing to do with me or my concern. What you stated was, "You need to pay your assistants and etc. Who is the one who is typing the quotes and they need to be professional." Regardless of how much or who is paying for anything, there was nothing spoken during our conversation that stated my requesting for a company to come out and do an estimate was a scam call. It was simply me getting an estimate. Which is what anyone would do who is searching for someone to start a new project. It would be respected if you had said, you heard INSURANCE and known there was a chance you would or wouldn't get the job or price ***** the numbers. No other contractor is asking about deductible etc. You also stated something about $300 dollars. Honestly, it's perfectly fine. It's simply to many hidden fees and agendas and not enough transparency with dealing with me.

On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a perfect 10 in every aspect. They exceeded my expectations and demonstrated a level of professionalism and respect that was truly commendable. This was my home, and I wanted to observe and understand every step of the process. They answered all my questions, making sure I never felt like I was asking too much or that I was in the way. *** himself came on-site to ensure everything was progressing as it should, which was reassuring.*** answered all my telephone calls and provided the support and guidance I needed. This experience has shown me that there are professional and considerate teams out there.
