    I ordered from this company. The package arrived an entire 3 days later than what was agreed upon and reflected in the *** ETA. I have told the company to refund me for the shipping because they cannot competently transport packages, which is the entirety of a shipping business, and they have refused to respond to me. I am not even asking for an entire refund, just the singular shipping debt i incurred.

    We received your order on Jan 2nd after our 1pm (CST) cut-off. Your order shipped on Jan 3rd (Tuesday). Our eCommerce site does not give you estimated delivery dates. Being that we are located in the Chicago area, our experience tells ** that it takes *** about 5 business days to deliver an order to **********. It looks like you received your order yesterday, 4 business days after the day it was shipped. 


    We are refunding you $25 on this order as partial compensation for your disappointment. Please understand that in the future, no refund will be given for what we consider our normal delivery times to **********.
