I hired Smittys tree service to trim 3 trees in my backyard. I accepted the proposal and was told I did not need to be home. The workers would clean up once they were finished. Everything went wrong when I returned home to see the mess they left behind. The one tree that they trimmed fell onto the roof of the gazebo my husband built. This has been going on since aug of this year. They recently fixed the whole but refuse to stain it the way it should be. I refuse to pay my balance of over $1000. Until the job is completed. I have pictures of the mess they left behind even blocking the entry door into my home.

This matter has been fixed.  We had a dead branch that broke off & hit the gazebo it was an accident when trimming dead branches sometimes they break off just by touching them in the slightest way.  We did go out and repair the gazebo & stained the gazebo.  We even did an additional trim for FREE for the customer.  The customer has paid the invoice in full.  This was an accident & we repaired it ASAP.
