- RETURN POLICY (*IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*)
a. Each package is individually inspected for damage and packaged before the part(s) leaves our warehouse
b. Although rare, products can be damaged during shipping. BUYER is responsible to inspect each product and notify us of any damaged item within 2 days of receiving your item.
c. If the product is damaged, please email us at [email protected] or call us during our normal business hours at 314-403-0173. We will need to collect some information from you and once this information is collected we will immediately take care of all the paper work if needed and/or work towards a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
d. If you purchase the incorrect item or no longer need the part after the item has been shipped, please contact us within 5 business days so that we can provide you with return information. The buyer is responsible to return the product at the BUYER'S expense. A refund will be processed if the item is received within 7 business days of purchase.
e. 20% restocking fee on returns after 5 business days from the receipt of your item. - Business Categories
