    I went the ***** Auto Butler on 10/5/24 and paid for a full service wash that was $23.00. My main reason for going was to have interior windshield wiped down and was assured by the workers that it would be. After it went through the wash and wipe down they signalled me to claim my car. I started my car and the wipers were in the on position and started to try to move but the passenger side wiper blade broke off and flew to the ground. I told the manager that i would need reimbursement for this as this was clearly there fault. He said he would talk to owner at some point which never happened. After my 2nd trip back to the car wash i asked for the owners number which he gave me. I called it and spoke to the owner and she said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. I waited a number of days for this to happen and for her to call me back but never did so i sent her 3 text messages over the next 9-10 days which were all read (read receipts). So, after multiple attempts at trying to resolve this and the owner ignoring me, I am now looking for a refund of the car wash as well as the wiper blade. My windshield was also scratched from this too. I have the receipts for both items and sent both to the owner. No where on the car wash receipt does it say not responsible for wiper blades. Many other things are listed, but not wiper blades. Also the workers did a poor job on the windshield which was the main reason i went in the first place. The price of the wiper blade was $25.87 and the price of the car wash was $23.00 I sent the owner a copy of both of these receipts and would like a full refund for both.

    The incident happened on June 6, 2024 went to the automatic car wash, which is called Aldo Butler. My car went through the automatic car wash, fine and good shape when it came out my back side left side bumper was ripped all the way down hanging down I went to the manager, explained everything they said they were going to pay for it. They told me where to take my vehicle and I took it to the ***** Cadillac dealership street from the business and after they observe my car, they said all the Butler said they were not paying for it and that my car was in a previous accident, which was not true call my car dealership they instructed me that the car have never been any accident from ****** and the dealership I have papers Stand on that so in the meantime, I call my insurer Allstate because I need my car for work for them to go on and pay for it but I think Im going to stop all that and go to a different body shop to repair my car because I think that the dealership ***** Cadillac dealership is working with Auto Butler because they told me to take it there to the man name, Mr. ****

    This vehicle has previous damage from a prior crash she was not aware of. Whoever it was had glue to keep it together on the bumper. In totality the issues were: The bumper bars to stabilize the bumper were bent, and the bumper itself was glued in place. The dealership we brought it to did an assessment and they came to tell us that it was wrecked and did not get properly fixed. I am fully convinced that the customer did not even know this was the case, to which, i really empathize with this. It is not a situation you want to find out about. However, since the prior damage was not fixed appropriately from others, that is what caused the bumper to eventually fall off. We do not take responsibility on previous damage to a vehicle.
