    They did our flooring 6 months ago and had a great experience! They offered to do our stair railings and it's been a nightmare. ***, the front desk lady, is rude and never returns calls. No one else in the shop apparently can schedule anything and this woman won't return a call. I've called no less than 3 times a week for the last 6 weeks and not one phone call has been returned. Once I complained she reported that she'd text me but that's been over a week and still nothing. I've spoken with the owner, *****, and he's been apologetic but nothing has changed. I've spoken with the builder in the shop and he's voiced his apologies multiple times and has reported that this is typical behavior for her. So unprofessional. Wanted to keep our business local but will be going elsewhere at this point.
