      They are very rude and dont care about the customers at all and high on very cheap stuff everything in their store is cheaply made and priced very high and they have no deals at all going for the Cheap merchandise they Selling amazing and very sad they was very rude to me when I called back twice to check if they faxed over my Prescription they said they will do the Manager at the store at the nerve to be rude and nasty to me on the phone they both need to be ***** ***********

      My wife and I used Crown Optical, at their ********** store in ******************, a couple of years ago. Terrible product, terrible service, and unprofessional, in addition to being vastly overpriced. This morning, I received an email from them, asking for me to confirm an appointment for next month..an appointment I never made, and never will make.I tried to call their store, and there is no provision to talk to a human..strictly voice mail. This is not good. I have a pretty damned good idea why they're not answering the phone.I also have a good idea that if I had NOT called, and demanded to have my "appointment" canceled, that they would try to charge me for it. Prove me wrong.In any event, I am DEEPLY unhappy with the professionalism of Crown Optical, **********.

      This patient was previously seen at the ********** practice on 11/4/2022. At that time the practice does set up an appointment as a courtesy to come in the following year. They call this a pre-appointment that the patient receives communication that an appointment has been reserved for them for this year. They are then instructed to call and confirm/ reschedule/ or cancel the appointment. They receive communication 2 weeks prior to this reserved NOT confirmed appointment. It is then up to the patient if they want to keep it. If they do not respond back to this communication they will also receive a call from the practice 5 days prior and if still nothing from the patient, the the appointment is cancelled. We do NOT charge patients for appointments that do not show up. This is just a friendly reminder that they are due for their yearly eye exam that is recommended each year for the health of their eyes.
