    Rude staff, hidden fees, and poor business practices.We were told over the phone that the consultation fee was $85 NOT $280 without insurance. During consultation an appointment opened up for the next day but they didnt have cost information yet. We made the appointment. The next morning they called with the price and it was 4x other places so we cancelled our appointment. Since it wasnt far enough in advance, which was impossible since we made the appointment the day before, they hit us with a missed appointment fee. They refused to reduce the bill or missed fee at all. When we spoke to them on the phone getting the price and then canceling, the lady was rude. Even paying over $300 for just 1 consultation plus paying for the procedure at a different provider, I still saved a ton of money
