    Although I find the doctors and 90% of the staff to be professional and courteous, I have been trying since April of this year to have a letter of necessity and a preauthorization of medical benefits sent to my insurance and this has never been done. I have been assured on numerous occasions that this was either done or going to be done but to no avail. I have emailed the manager @ the email provided for their business and have never received a reply. I have tried to talk to the office manager and have actually been lied to about who that person was. At one point I was given a name, so I called to talk to them and found out this was not the manager. I was then told it was someone else, but they couldn't provide me with their name. I am going to enter a complaint with the ******** Podiatry ******************* and any other affiliated board. I am at a loss why this happened. I only dealt with 2 individuals concerning this issue. There is a lot more to this issue but it's too lengthy to address here. All in all, the treatment was impeccable. I find it disheartening that 2 individuals could cause me to react in this manner.
