      The management is awful in this establishment! I called on April 17th because my cheeseburger was missing an extra piece of cheese i paid for and it wasnt cooked medium like i ordered it... my niece and i went in today May 1 to get eat and i let them know i had a comp... they ended up not compensating it and saying it was only for a piece of cheese, so of course i was livid! A piece of cheese? Really .. so a lady called me that i didnt even ask to speak to and started in on ME saying I don't know what you trying to do here but you already got 5.00 from door dash and now you're wanting more? What do you want us to do *******? I said comp me for what the girl said i would be compensated for originally.. and she said it says a piece of cheese and that's all... I was like why are you acting like im trying to get a freebie or something for a ***** meal.... and she said because it sounds like ya are. She was absolutely horrid. Like yea doordash gave me 5.00.. that doesn't cover my meal you promised to comp. What would I benefit from "lying" about a ***** meal! This may have even been the owner. Not sure exactly

      *******, you were comped on Door Dash & then when you called the restaurant you were rude & vulgar on the phone. You were comped on Door Dash & at the restaurant. You've continued to leave bad reviews on every site possible as well as call the restaurant & harass the staff into attempting to resolve the situation in spots where they are not authorized to resolve. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but it appears there is no way to resolve this issue with you. I wish you & future establishments you wish to visit the best of luck, they are going to need it. I hope the reviews you've placed over a ******************** of cheese from 2 weeks ago have brought you some peace. Have a great day!

      My girlfriend and I ate there yesterday and both ordered cheeseburgers. When our food arrived my girlfriend went to open the lid on a ketchup bottle and when she did it exploded and shot rancid ketchup all over her clothes, face and hair. When she returned from the bathroom after trying to clean up, we asked for containers for our food because she couldnt eat due to the rotten smell of the ketchup on her. The waitress gave us the containers and the full bill. We had two cheeseburgers, fries and a bucket of beer that came to approximately $37.00. I asked for the manager because I didnt believe we should pay for any of the food since we werent going to be eating it warm. After about ten minutes the manager finally arrived and I had to explain the situation to him and all he did was took my girlfriends cheeseburger off the bill. I told him I disagreed with his inadequate decision and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This was a horrible experience and very poor management and I would not recommend anyone else eat there.
