    On December 29, 2023, Riverbend Roofing Services and Construction LLC completed roofing work on my home located at **************************************************************************************, and provided a ***************** Warranty covering defects in workmanship.Despite the warranty, I have experienced multiple roofing issues including shingles coming off and leaks that have led to significant interior damage. I contacted the company to request warranty service, but they have not responded or taken any steps to resolve the issue.I sent them a formal written demand asking for warranty repairs and gave a reasonable deadline, but again received no response. I have photographic evidence and documentation supporting the poor workmanship and resulting damage.

    To whom it may concern, we have been in contact with the customer and completed an inspection and made all necessary repairs to the exterior of the home. We are waiting to see if customer thinks the repairs are sufficient enough to carry on with painting the interior of home. We are continuing to keep in touch with the customer about this.

    Due to the continuous storms in the area, it has been difficult to keep up with the damages on roofs. We sincerely apologize and intend on making the customer satisfied with our work. We also would like to state that due to the extremities of the storms in our area it unfortunately goes out of the intent of our warranty. We still would like to do everything we can to satisfy the customer.

    In feb of 2023 i contracted with riverside roofing, llc to replace my roof. i payed upfront my insurance deductable of $1500, plus $4004. ****** *** co gave estimate in the amount to complete job. i was told at the time i paid my portion, that i could have my roof by the end of the following week. this did not happen. getting in touch with chris nicholson is another problem. he does not return calls, or his voicemail box is full. he promises to return calls, but disregards. in times that i have spoken with him he has told me rain is forecasted, he can't get enough men to do the job, city of hazelwood has specific codes when replacing roofs. he says ****** *** co will not pay for supplemental materials to meet the codes. this morning i got in touch with chris. he immediately told me he would call me in 30in when he got to the office. he never returned my call. here i am, $5,904 in the hole without my new roof, fearing of any rain that may cause my worn out roof to start leaking

    I would like a $2500.00 refund of deposit..g repaired, and get the walls prepped for finishing but the work never began. Also, the person who was supposed to do work on the bathroom exposed himself while urinating on the side of the building and I would not allow him back inside to work after this incident. I also never received a detailed invoice about the materials and labor adding up to $4,700. All of this led to me no longer wanting to have work done by this business.
