My first appt for massage and **** was on 4/27/23, this was after many text messages trying to schedule because her website was not working. I had booked a monthly membership which was $100 for 2 hours of **** and a one hour massage for $72, with a start up fee of $165. I was informed through text messages that the start up fee was good for as long as I was with *********. After that appt I booked a second on 5/5, in accordance with some bloodwork that I needed done in the area, as I live 50 min away from her location. I was already in the area handling my bloodwork when she canceled due to car troubles. I rescheduled that appt for 5/19, during my massage, another $52 charge, we were discussing how expensive alternative health treatments were and I let her know I may need to pause my membership because of some upcoming expenses, she then informed me I would have to pay the $165 start up fee again. ********* never communicated the start up fee was linked to the monthly membership, instead that it was good as long as I was with her. ********* completely ruined my massage and made me late for my next appt. My total payments at this point were $389 for 2 hours **** and 2 massages, had I paid them without the membership it would have been $320. To compensate for the $69 overpayment I decided to do another month with 2 hours of **** treatment for $100, total payment $489. If I had to pay for them without the membership that would have been a total of $160, totaling $480. I scheduled my next appt for 5/30, which was canceled. On June 1st, she messaged me at 11:03 pm to let me know she had openings the next day. Then the **** was broken for over a week. We went back and forth many times on 6/22 for scheduling, which ended poorly and she removed me from her client list. I have asked for a refund of the $100, at which she will not respond. I would like her to refund me the entire $169 that I overpaid due to lack of communication and poor business practices.
