    1. Not honoring cabinet warranty - ********************** told us we MUST order the cabinets through him (upcharge of course) so if there are issues he can take care of them. One cabinet is damaged and he is ignoring our emails. Neither the store nor the manufacturer will help us since we weren't the original purchasers. 2. Owes us $250.00 for plumbing. The faucet was damaged upon receipt so his plumber could not install. We paid for his service with the promise that the plumber would install it when the new faucet arrived. ********************** said that he's not responsible even though we have an email saying he acknowledges the plumber never did the work AND we have the statement showing that we paid. Therefore we had to pay our own plumber an additional $250.00 to install the faucet. We were never reimbursed.3. Oven vent not properly installed. ********************** acknowledged the work wasn't done, said he would fix it, never showed up, ignored subsequent emails. We fixed it at our own expense. 3. There were multiple additional issues (refrigerator not properly installed, never put a duct in the cabinet just a vent so everything in the cabinet heats up, broke a light and didn't tell us until we asked him about it, terrible communication, list goes on) but the only thing we are requesting is our cabinet warranty to be honored and reimbursement of $250.00
