    I got my order after I called about it. I order meat a fresh times a year in bulk. Decided to try Blackwing. I like goat meat. I tried it first. It was greasy goat. I had not had that experience before. Goat was fairly lean. I called and left a message asking for a call back, but got nothing. What is supposed to be goat is in an unmarked package. Maybe there was a mistake. But then I tried the bison. I like bison. In 15 years of eating it, I have never had greasy bison. I had to drain my ground bison. I'm not sure what this is, but I regret spending ****** on a product I could never recommend or purchase again.
