      i gave $3000.00 to All Clear plumbing on Friday ,July 8th 2022. I was suppose to get a refund when they did not do any work on my house. I do not understand why they said they were going to take steps to give me my refund and never sent it to me. I was called on Monday and told they couldn't come out because they had an emergency job they had to do so that the other person could meet code. in the mean time I had the city come and inspect my home and was informed that they did not see any emergency condition at all in my house that was told to me by All Clear ************************************************* told the secretary that I wanted my refund and to let the owner know. I got a message that I saved on my cellphone from her saying that they were going to start the process of giving me my refund. When I didn't get it I asked for it again in writing and I dropped off the letter to ****** and was waiting to hear back from them . I sent certified mail but they never picked it up. My attorney sent them a letter which they never responded to, asking them to return my money. I would like to receive my refund and don't want any contact from them because they chose to ignore me all these months. No one should be treated this way by a BBB company! I am a senior female and I think they are taking advantage of me and hoping I will give up and go away.They went ghost on me and have put me through a lot of depression and anger and this should not happen to people during these harsh times.

      I deeply apologize this was a clerical error and a refund of the $3000.00 will be issued ASAP. I will upload a picture of the certified check once it is issued and proof of mailing as well.
