    I hosted an event at the KC Hall on October 28th. Before the date, I wrote a $250 check as a deposit. I was told I would receive the check back 2 weeks after the event. It has been well over a month and no one has returned my money or answered any phone calls or emails. Several attempts were made to contact the hall. They are open and serving customers, but ignoring me.Calls were made on 10/31, 11/5, 12/1, 12/5. Emails were also sent. I can upload a shot of that and can provide all emails upon request. We were a group of neighborhood parents enjoying a night out and were respectful and accommodating with clean up in addition to anything that was requested of us. There is no reason not to return the deposit and to not answer and ignore my calls and e-mails is unprofessional and feels like my money has been stolen. Please help me resolve this, as holidays arrive, the money is needed. Thank you

    Please see attached cancelled check (front & back) showing ************************* did receive and cash the refund check for $250 issued on 11/26/22. Also please see the refund contract clause showing up to 90 days is allowed for any remaining balance of the damage deposit to be refunded to Renter. We apologize for any miscommunication and hope this will not interfere with our BBB rating. ********************** event on 10/28/22 was orderly and uneventful therefore a full refund was issued. We were happy to work with ****************** and hope she will consider us for any future events. Please let us know if you require any additional information. Thank you
