    On 12/21/2024 I ordered a glove from **************************. It was for my son. When I got on the website it had a chat function, so I initiated a chat with someone named *******. He told me they had the glove in stock, and I could order from the website, and it would arrive within in 7 days. Well, it's 01/09/2025 no glove. So, I emailed them, no response, I called the number and no answer. So, I got on the site again and acted like a new customer trying to buy a glove and again ******* responded to the chat, and I indicated who I was and my order number and wanted to know where the glove was and if could not get the glove, then I wanted a refund. He never responded to the chat after that. So, I called at least dozen more times and sent countless emails no response. This site is pure scam.

    Transaction date = 12/9/24 Paid $423.78 for a baseball glove that was never received. I have called and emailed the company and have not gotten any response. The phone just rings and does not allow you to leave a voice mail. The online chat does not get answered either. I made the payment through *****.

    I bought a $424.00 baseball glove for my son from this website ****************************** and they took my money and never sent me my order. I have reached out in every way possible but they will not respond. I have tried everything to warn people about this site because it is one of the top sites on a ****** search when looking for custom baseball gear. They continue to sell products with no intent of fulfilling the order.They contacted me after I made the order to give me their Venmo information since they do not take cards which should of been my cue to stop.     I ordered a glove through the website. I received an email telling me the order number. The only option to pay was *****, *****, and some other company if you were not in the ***. I put I would pay with VENMO. In the website there is a chat and I started chatting with a person they sent me their Venmo account @****-****-1 to send payment to them. I was told the item would **** *-8 weeks for delivery. I have been trying to speak to someone in the website and no answer. They took payment but no item has been sent. I have been trying to call and email and have not received any answer. This website is a scam. Sometimes you are able to speak/chat in the chat, but as soon as you ask about the order then there is no more answer, and you are ignore. This website needs to be blocked, shut down, to save the consumers from being scammed.

    I purchased a custom made glove for my daughter cost of $363.19 and was going to take 8 weeks which I was fine with.8 weeks past and I been trying over and over again for the status of my purchase. I called,I emailed and I tried to talk to the online website chat person over and over and I here nothing back,until just recently I got a response on my order from the online chat person saying that the sales person ran off with the money.I asked for a refund, and no answer,they asked how was this going to get resolved. And still no answer.
