Bad ********************************** I bought a brand new Hummer EV from another *** dealership and had no charger, so I purchased one along with the car, but it was delayed. I called Arlington Heights GMC to ask if I could charge my car, and the girl on the phone was polite and helpful. She confirmed I could charge it there, and I appreciated that. However, two days later, when I needed another charge, I called and spoke with *****, who told me it would be fine. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by ***** *****, the owner, and another lady by the charging station. The moment I got out of my car, ***** approached me with an incredibly rude tone, as if I had done something wrong. He yelled at me, told me to go charge the car where I bought it, and treated me like I was doing something illegal. I was shocked and speechless by his behavior. I apologized and left immediately. *****, you've definitely lost a high-paying customer. I wont be returning.

If I could I would give them negative stars. I bought a brand new 2024 encore gx avenir top of the line. After a couple days i noticed damage to bottom of front bumper and Bluetooth not working. Notified dealership and they said they take of it. Now after over a month they still have my vehicle with excuses to complete damage. This is the worst dealership they do nothing but give you the runaround and don't communicate. Do not go to this dealership you'll be sorry. They don't care about their customers. If you are buying a ********************** drive a little bit go to Dekalb. They care about their customers.

I bought car in Arlington Heights Illinois from Arlington Heights Buick GMC I am in Missouri I paid for a car and the taxes and plates for the car back in May 9. I refinanced the car through Bank of America, It is now the middle of August and I still have not received the title to the car. Bank of America wants the title. Now I got a notice from the state of Missouri telling me I was already 3 months late on registering my title. I have been in touch with the Missouri DMV they can't find anywhere the title even exists. I got in touch with the Illinois DMV and the told me the same thing. I called the car dealer several times and they tell me it's on the way. It's been over three months There seems to be no one that can help or even know how to get my title. Please help.

Me and my family bought a 2008 **** explorer with ******k miles for 4k$in December 2023, They told me this vehicle is in great shape I better get it fast, 3 weeks after having it had to put a new alternator on it 400$ then a week after that the transmission goes out. I spoke to them about how funny it is that it's been literally a month I've had the car, how does something like this happen so soon without someone knowing. I know they are solely responsible for this Lemon they sold me. There response was to send it to amco transmissions and we can probably work something out far as the repairs. So amco gives them a quote of how much it would cost to fix, they say it's too much so we will give you a credit of 3k towards another car smh! Why would I want to buy another car from you! Now it's May 2024 they still have the explorer nothing has been done to get my family a car or my money back. We are spending 350-400$ a month on Uber to and from work. I really feel like they just preyed upon the weak because we couldn't afford to finance. We saw this car online which was affordable with the cash we had so we drove more than 60 miles to check this car out because it was in good looking shape and felt reliable. In all honesty all we want is for the car to be repaired or a simple refund. Our family has been hurt because of this loss and our trust has been broken once again dealing with a heartless dealership as this one.
