    Do not trust finance department. Finance has not returned money. I'm warranty for the car that I traded in May.

    If you haven't been to this **** dealership, you have to go. My service on my new bronco that I purchased last July was exceptional. I had somebody greet me in the service department take me through what was wrong with a sound I was hearing in the front part of my car. They also have a nice waiting area. When my car was done, the staff member explained to me what was going on with the car and it was easily fixed. I didn't wait long at all. Even the cashier was nice and seem to be in a chipper mood that day. I would definitely recommend this place to get your car fixed or even buy a new car. Everyone has been superb.

    I tried to buy a car from **** at Arlington Heights Ford on a Thursday and told him I would come in on Monday to close the deal & take delivery of the car. I was putting 1/3 down cash & financing the rest. After they received my credit app on Thursday, **** called me & said they wouldnt run my credit until Monday because he has other customers coming in on Saturday to look at the car & if they sell it over the weekend theres no sense in running my credit app. I asked him why he was showing it when I was currently buying the ******** replied if you dont come in tomorrow & close the deal the car could be sold to someone else. I then asked him if he was kidding and if he needed deposit. He said no that I needed to close Friday. I was very insulted & cancelled the deal.I did not hear from anyone from the dealership for the rest of the day not even a manager, but I did get an alert from the credit bureau stating that Arlington Heights Ford had run a hard credit check on me which dropped my credit 4 points (if the deal was still on this wasnt supposed to happen until Monday). One more insulting stab in the back thanks to Arlington Heights Ford.The cheery on top was the appt reminder e-mail at the end of the day. I dont think there is any recourse or resolution to be had here just the pain of knowing that deceptive business practices are still being used.However I am very worried about my credit information since it seems they are ignoring the fact that I cancelled the ******** dont want them to put a loan in my name without my knowledge.

    I bought a used car but had some issues..They were willing to address the issue, and fix it.The GM and Service Director are people who care and wants to cooperate Pleased with that!I recommend them Dragos

    Sold my step son a complete piece of junk. He got an oil change not long after buying the used vehicle, and then started having issues with the motor. 1. He should not have had to have an oil change so soon after buying because the oil was so low in the car. 2. Just a few months after purchase they are telling him the motor is "now bad" and they are wanting to just take it as a trade in for a very small percentage of what he paid for it. RIDICULOUS! They claim the motor was good when they sold it to him. He lives 1 mile off campus and only needs to drive it to his internship in the same town or 45 miles away to home on the occasional weekend... COME ON! DO BETTER PEOPLE! Claim their mechanics cleared it for sale and the motor was good at the time..... REALLY??? WORST DEALER I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I know that used car inventories are low right now, but a dealer that puts that little bit of $$ before reputation... TSK TSK ARLINGTON HEIGHTS FORD They even sent it off to a ***** dealer to have looked at when he brought it in because their **** mechanics didn't know enough to look at it. Now they tell us that they also own the ***** dealership that looked at it originally, before sale.... Um, then why was the ***** on the **** lot? You're telling us that the ***** mechanics cleared it on the ***** lot but you decided to sell it under the **** lot? They didn't want to sell under ***** name but you could feign ignorance on the **** lot??? Shady much?!
