They send a text with a picture of their employee when they're on their way. They ALWAYS show up on time and thoroughly go over what they're going to do and how much it will cost. **** went to work straight away and completed the job in a timely manner. I've been completely satisfied with every project they've worked on in my home including an ejector pump, new water heater, and a new sump pump with battery backup.

S and J was great to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions. They did a small pipe repair, and quoted options for a larger job that we were looking to get quotes on. Staff onsite, were very kind and explained all work and quotes prior to starting work. They did a great job and were very professionalS and J Plumbing

Dave Denning did a fantastic job. Our Sump Pump failed and our basement flooded.
Dave came quickly to help, even though it was evening. He fixed the problem & Installed a new, top of the line Liberty Sump Pump. Liberty sump pumps are the best, high quality sump pumps.
As soon as he installed it, the water drained out & was gone. He saved our basement and our carpet! Dave was courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.S and J Plumbing

This is my second experience with ***** Plumbing and this time it was a bathroom issue. As with the first visit, *** and his assistant explained my options with no pressure and had the problem resolved quickly. As I stated in my first review, cost was a little higher than I expected, but I would rather pay a little more and have confidence and trust in the company Im doing business with that the problem is actually resolved. If all of their technicians are as thorough and knowledgeable as ***, I dont think you could go wrong.S and J Plumbing

I hired S&J Plumbing to install a water heater circulation pump. **** came out and gave me a quote. he was very prompt and cordial from the very beginning. Although i admit the cost was a little bit on the higher side than i expected, but he was very transparent and understanding. The installation was very satisfactory and he was very knowledgeable. will hire this company again when the time comes.S and J Plumbing
