Needed someone to come out immediately and **** from S&J plumbing was there for the rescue. Quickly found the problem, gave reasonable quotes, and went right to work. Professional and considerate, completing the job in no time. Highly recommend, will be a repeat customer if need be.S and J Plumbing

S and J Plumbing has been my go-to plumber from their day one. The owner has always impressed me with his work ethic and attention to detail. When he established his own company, not an easy thing to do, I wanted to support that because the owner of S and * knows my property from his prior employment, but more importantly he understands my (plumbing) philosophy - fix it before it breaks. Every one of his employees sent to work on any of my plumbing issues has reinforced his commitment to excellence..I recently had S and J video my outside sewer line, proactively, for an almost 30 year-old property and one where a fellow homeowner had suffered a sewer line failure several years before. After my fellow homeowner experienced their sewer back-up, I signed up for the home warranty for exterior sewer, through NICOR Gas, now **********************, $19.95 per month. Best decision I ever made.The video of my sewer showed the outside pipe at my foundation was sinking - no time frame when it started, how quickly it was sinking - no predictability of when it could fail and cause a sewer back-up, yes, sewage backing up into the first floor of my unit. Exactly what my neighbor experienced those years ago.My sewer is now fully restored and healthy, approved by the ****************************, I'm happy to say. (Did I mention S and * handled the building permit and inspection?) My warranty coverage will defray part of the cost.Just a day later my kitchen sink decided it was clogged, 2nd time in *************************************************************************************************************** them, dangerous for my inquisitive kitty. S and J to the rescue immediately. All is well and I can't say enough good things about S and J Plumbing.You GO ***!S and J Plumbing
