    Defective printer purchased through this company from ***********. The printer has had issues from the beginning I voiced my concern and was told there would be restocking fee, the belt has broken as well as the heat platter I was told the would not exchange the printer its been just almost 90 days.

    I purchased an ********* tee shirt printing system through Micomp Graphix. It was a package deal that amounted to around $22,000.00 or so. Part of that package included a special desktop curing oven used to prepare tee-shirt design transfers.This particular oven never worked properly. The temperature control apparatus could never get the oven temp correct and so the transfers never cured correctly. I exchanged several emails with STS about this and they did their best to guide me through what could be done to fix the issue on the oven but in the end, STS decided I should return the unit. And I did.I was sent a replacement which did not work. They then sent ANOTHER replacement and IT did not work. So that is now 3 defective ovens of the same model and brand. I contacted Micomp for a refund for $900 - which is what the oven is listed for. But Micomp insists I must pay a restock fee of 25%--even though I never received a usable oven. They are trying to say 7 months have passed and that this is the reason they shouldnt refund in full. But i received THREE bad ovens in a row so this means the model is just defectively designed. I didnt get 7 months of use out of this thing because I never got a functional one. The options they gave me were either 100% credit towards items to be bought FROM THEM or the 75% of cost returned to me. This is just NOT good business practice.I want and deserve a FULL REFUND of $900.00
