    IN 2022, a salesperson from the company contacted my sales person and had him order their product. First he is not authorized to order, but we were to have to have a final approval. They put it out without final approval. I never saw the product once, inquired about it. Paid $499 and I don't even know what for because I didn't order it, never approved final order, and never received anything.

    This is a response to a complaint by *********************** of 2 Dog Digital in *******, **. In her complaint against Town Square Publications, *** wrote:

    "IN 2022, a salesperson from the company contacted my sales person and had him order their product. First he is not authorized to order, but we were to have to have a final approval. They put it out without final approval. I never saw the product once, inquired about it. Paid $499 and I don't even know what for because I didn't order it, never approved final order, and never received anything."

    I have three files I can submit that support our claim. I have tried to attach them to this complaint response, but it says they are too large to attach.

    The first file I have is an internal email chain showing the ad proof was approved by *************************** for publication in a phone call on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 1:38 p.m.

    The second file I have is an open invoice for $499. According to our accounting department, it was never paid by 2 Dog Digital.

    I have a third file we can produce is an mp3 recording of the sale. In it, ********************* *************************** clearly approves of the purchase of an ad, saying that 2 Dog Digital supports the local chamber. He never states in the recording that he is not authorized to approve the purchase, nor should someone else be contacted.

    *** states the company "never received anything." According to the director of Town Square Publications, we send all participating advertisers copies of the map. It would take some work, but we likely have a *** confirmation from 2022 indicating that maps were shipped to their location.

    As this was a legitimate sale into a chamber publication, we would request 2 Dog Digital pay the outstanding invoice. If they would like additional copies of the map, we would gladly ship them overnight via ***** at our expense. I can also send the supporting documents to *** directly at *******************. 

    I think this closes the matter.

    I have already responded to this complaint in my previous response. I don't know what more this owner wants. She didn't pay us anything for the ad, so there is no refund to provide.
