    I rent a storage unit at the **************************************** location, where I keep my trailer and landscaping equipment valued at over $50,000. Despite paying $238 a month, the facilitys gate has been left wide open for the past two weeks, allowing anyone to access my ************* parking space is P 19 Ive been calling and complaining for two weeks, but no one provides a clear answeryet they still expect me to pay the full amount. When I asked about it, they told me the gate is broken and that if I wanted to, I could just park somewhere else. How is that even acceptable?Its the end of the month, and I rely on this location because its perfectly situated near my service area for my business. Yet, Im paying for security that doesnt exist. This is completely unacceptable, and I need answers.The gate has been open since March 18. It is now March ****************************************************************************** anything. All I got was a courtesy email saying I have a $25 credit. What is that? Thats literally ridiculous.

    Monthly rent was raised AGAIN, this time by $62 to $276/month. There is an ad posted on their website for the same unit at the same facility at $91/month. There have been 5 rent increases in 3 years; the rent has increased from $84/month in 12/20 to $276/month in 4/24. They expect me to pay 2x more than an incoming customer for the same unit.

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
