    We received the attached notice, advising of unclaimed funds. The notice fails to provide a contact name or phone number. I have attempted to reach out to several JCI employees we do business with, but neither can assist, or seems to be willing to help find a supervisor to assist.The notice was sent to ACM ********************* ACM ******************** no longer exists. It was purchased by RealManage in January 2020, and rebranded to RealManage in January 2023. RealManage (fka ACM) manages over 300 clients in the state of ********. Johnson Controls failed to send this notice to the correct legal party. No where on this notice does it reference the service location or the name of the community association. How can we fill out this form if we dont know who the client is. It is possible we dont even manage this client anymore. The check Johnson Controls says was not cashed is for $50.54. Check date 8/4/2020, #******. I simply want someone from Johnson Controls to provide me with the name of the ********************* they serve, or a service address so I can forward the notice to the appropriate board of directors, or handle with the appropriate address change.

    A driver for Johnson Controls almost hit my car. I had the right away to merge into the lane. I had my left turn signal light on to get into the lane. The driver would not allow me to get into the lane. The driver proceeded to speed up to match my speed to get ahead of me when I was already ahead of him. I had nowhere to go since I was merging and had to absolutely slam on my breaks to avoid hitting them. The driver from Johnson Controls also proceeded to brake check me so I couldn't get a photo of his plates. Then at the intersection of ******************************** the driver decided to come to a complete stop at the yellow light to make me stop and miss the light then proceeded to drive through the red light. I'm not sure how this company runs the business with such dangerous drivers not following the rules of the road in a company vehicle. I could've had a kid in the car or an elderly person. That could've been a terrible accident. I was able to get the license plate number and truck number. License plate: BF ***** - Truck number: ******. I called and complained to the driver's feedback number but the guy answering the phone wasn't much help. This all occurred between 3:15 PM - 3:25 PM.

    Our company used Johnson Controls to check our fire pump and sprinklers system quarterly. We sent them a certified letter in January of 2022 canceling their service. I have also called and sent emails multiple times to be sure that we were doing what we needed to do to end our contract. We received an invoice for service that they say that they did on 1/7/2022, on a day the our business was closed due to snow. They could not have done this service because no one was there to let them in or give them the code to bypass the alarms. At this point we had already started using another company. Johnson Controls has since apparently automatically locked our company into another year long contract that we did not ask for. And from what I can tell, we are being charged $5,346.05 for this entire contract year of 4/1/22 - 3-31-23 for a service that we are not using and have asked to be dropped by letter, and multiple email and phone calls since January 2022. We receive bills monthly asking for payment. When I call they seem understanding and tell me that they see why I am upset that we keep receiving the bills. I have been told to ignore them while they are in dispute. But 10 months is a long time to be in dispute. The original letter that I sent requesting canceling service was for the alarm, thinking that the alarm and sprinkler service was all in one contract. But the phone calls and emails that were made, did refer to the sprinkler and pump service. We want Johnson Controls to end this contract that we did not ask for and drop all the fees that they are asking for. They have records of me requesting to end their service.

    AC unit fails shortly after warrenty. HVAC company states item is out of warrenty and the unit has documented known issues with their AC systems. Replacement parts were very hard to find, and yet very expensive. The cost of obtaining new parts that are known to defective, and labor was the same price as installing a new AC system in my home. The poor quality of the product has cost me fiancial burden and is uncessary given the unit was 5 years old and only was used 3 months out of those years, so 15 months of total use before it failed.
