    Fairfield Homes in Arl hts on ****** St The worst builders around!! Did a kitchen remodel and extremely unsatisfied!! Had to badger them to complete the job and then to fix all the mistakes and damage. They have refused to fix remaining problems. They created a big leak in the basement we have to hire people to fix, shelf in kitchen collapsed and all our dishes broke, leak in ceiling. The list goes on. Do your research. You can find better companies !!

    We not only repaired or improved any customer issues with our workmanship during the construction and warranty period, we completed other items without payment including those that were not on the contract, plans and specifications. The customer is upset that the existing basement (not where we worked) has a leak and the existing roofing (again, not where we worked) has leaked. I have not received notice of a kitchen shelf incident.
