      I placed and order for cabinets from OE Schrock, and paid in full for $2,755.40 on 10/25/23. I received a phone call on 11/14/23 stating that the cabinets were complete and they wanted to schedule the install within the next few days and that it would take an entire day. I was unable to get off work with that short of notice, so **** with OE Schrock said we could try again. Since I had not heard back, I sent a text message to **** on 11/29/23 asking when I could have my cabinets installed and was basically told "it's a fill in job and I can't give you a specific time frame". I told him I needed the cabinets installed before Christmas and he told me he didn't know if he could accommodate because they had "larger jobs" that needed completing. I asked for a refund and was told if they couldn't install the cabinets before Christmas then he would give me a $500 refund, for the cost of the labor to install the cabinets, and I could "come get my cabinets". This company came highly recommended but as soon as they got my money, they were NOT willing to work with me on an install date. I had to be on their time, and I cannot just take off of work when they have an opening in their schedule for a "FILL IN" job. **** was very unprofessional and made me feel as if I was less important of a customer because my job was smaller and cost less than the others they are working on.

      I mentioned to ***** before purchasing the cabinets that the job was a fill in job and that we would try and fit her job into our schedule as quickly as possible but not promises as to how quick that would happen.  I also gave her the option of buying just the cabinets from us and hiring another contractor to hang the cabinets if we could not satisfy her timeline. I did offer ***** her refund she paid for labor if she wanted to find someone that fit her timeline better.  I spoke with ***** via phone on 12/1/2023 at 1:32pm and asked her when she had availability to allow us to come into her home to do our job.  ***** and I settle on a date tbd later before 12/14/23.  The cabinets will be installed by 12/22/23.
