    So I ordered a scale model of a 1971 chevelle approximately 06/16/2024. I wasn't given a specific timeline. When I received it on 08/26/2024 it was damaged. I notified the seller and he asked me to disassemble it and ship back the damaged parts and he would "fix it for free" and that he was doing me a favor by doing that. I shipped it back on 08/28/2024 and tried to touch base with him every couple weeks. Meanwhile he is posting everyday pictures of other projects he has completed. I questioned that and he told me just be patient he'll send it back when it's back together and done.(no timeline) I asked him for a refund on 11/08/2024 and his response was hopefully it will go out Saturday which would have been 11/09/2024. He requested my mailing address again and it is now 11/16/2024. I haven't received a refund or the finished car. I have the whole string of communications. I have attached a few that give the general description. I also have photos of the damaged item. I believe he made a claim on the damaged item through the ****. I couldn't because I didn't have the original shipping receipt.
