      September 26 2023. The company removed old driveway and poured a new one. I was told not to drive on for 1 week, on October 5 2023 I noticed one corner was broken off. I reached out to *** ***** and said he would fix it. Never showed up. March 6 2024 noticed cracks throughout the whole left side of the driveway, approximately 1/3 of total driveway. Contacted *** again, he stated it slipped his mind proved photos of cracks and stated that section would just need repoured. March 22 2024 reached out again, no response. April 16 2024 reached out again no response.
      I have all the communication via text message stating the cost, scope of work, and issues he said that would be repaired.

      I have had a conversation with **** ****** and he has my updated phone number.  We have discussed a solution and remedy and will be handled in a timely manner.  My hope is this is satisfactory and no further action is necessary.   Thank you
