    I have tried contacting the business on three separate occasions regarding this matter. Their website indicated (weeks ago) that the seed and strain sativa RSO is $50 for 1 g. I bought this, and it is actually a half gram. I attached three photos when I contacted them about this proving my issue: One of the actual applicator with hardly anything in it, a picture of the package indicating .5 g, and also a screenshot of my order from their website with the product circled. They havent even had the decency to respond to one of my emails but they sure as h*** corrected this on their website immediately - Without even acknowledging my complaint!

    April 10 ****************************************************************** to the guy at the corner and let him know I signed up for the cabbage club **** manager jumped in conversation and said no your not and made me show him my membership, May 2024 I went back to zen and was told I had points and two later I went back in and **** the came out said not to me and started printing receipts then said were gonna call it even I asked what are you saying he accuse me of lying and using point without having them I tried to explain to him what I was told he wouldnt let me talk and started having a very rude demeanor.week later i go in and was at the counter and was telling them about the 10 points I do have that I was told by cabbage club employee. ****** manager jumps from the back wall after watching me and say I know who you are nope your not using no points being completely unprofessional yelling at me having me feel very embarrassed in the store and unwanted she would not let me speak. I called cabbage club and the employee heard her speaking to me very aggressively and rude. ****** called and told me I have a 20% off because of this and ****** and **** were being investigated weeks later I go back to use my 20% off and ***** The manager refused to come to the front to apply the 20% off.6/14 I went into the store and as I gave the lady at the counter my ID and was walking into this store. ****** giggled. I walked up to the counter, and ****** watched me again as she have done in the past, and as I was about to ************************** came up to the computer added 20% off. I asked at the counter what happened she said she gave you 20% off ****** then spend the round in a circle came back and took the 20% off and said youre not using your 20% if you want to know why you called corporate, ****** her if shes OK and is that the way you treat Customer get out? Im calling the cops. It made me feel completely targeted because of Im African-American. She choose to use the term.

    I took a trip to ZEN LEAF dispensary in ****** for an order I had already confirmed a pick up for on February 7, 2024. The order I placed and the item I wanted to purchase was a chargeable vape. ****** an employee that was assisting me at check out for about 10 minutes took my information down and told me yes it is a chargeable vape confirming multiple times with another employee standing nearby .Upon checking out , I used my five dollar promotion that I wouldn't have otherwise used if I knew that the product he was selling me wasn't what I asked for. In addition to using my $5 dollar coupon the remaining balance I paid was in cash. Unable to open the product in store, I went outside to my vehicle to check my purchase and unbeknownst to me I was bamboozled and the product I was sold was a non chargeable vape. I was misinformed in what was being sold to me and was told some invalid information just for the sake of a sale. The manger I spoke with was unkind, tossed me a business card and told me to file a complaint with the information on the card. This was done- to no avail and as a result I had my attorney send information on my behalf via email and mail. I have since then not gotten any resolve and no one has reached out to either of us regarding this discrepancy. In conclusion, I would like a full refund that would also include my $5 coupon in addition to any taxes paid on an item that was purchased on ******** / ZEN LEAFS false pretense .
