    I booked a birthday party with this place and when the party host called I advised her that I may change the party time frame and she told me that would be fine. Eventually after reading all the reviews my daughter was skeptical about having a party there so I called to cancel party and they advised that the ****** fee was non refundable. So I requested to change the party time frame instead. I was then retold that in the terms and conditions that I signed that it stated that I could not make any changes to my party size. So I requested via email and phone that they send me a copy of the terms and conditions because if it said that then I would have just left it at my original party size. So two people advised that they would send them over and never did instead they canceled my party because they knew the deposit was non refundable. I requested a party change not a refund after I was advised that the deposit was non refundable. Honestly I was blown away buy this because I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. Kids party places are supposed to be full of joy and this place is horrible. If the policy states that then I understand but if not why was my party time frame not changed.

    On 10/08/2022 @6:30pm I had a party reserved at their facility for 4 hours For $590 upon arriving the room had an odor . The host tried to spray air freshener to cover over the smell. My guest started to leave because of the smell. Two hours later I exited the room due to the smell. The manager was not willing to accommodate me for the two hours that I was not in the room. They proceeded to call the police on me and lied and said that I wasnt going to pay my balance.Services were not rendered.I was forced to pay or go to jail. This is not how you conduct business.
