      Paid for credit and background check for an apartment haven't received any news yet, I was promised twice that someone will call me within an hour and no one has contacted me yet, I sent email and tried calling but no response to my email and voicemail which is full from my phone calls.

      Hello,
       
      Back in February I received called from my corporate office that ***** Husband said he called the Aurora office, and I was rude to him. I was not at that location that day, my leasing agent spoke with him.
      I called ***** husband back and when I told him my name his voice changed he was very rude to me, He stated that he called and spoke with the girl in the front and he told her that he didnt like that she didnt email his wife back about the apartment and that unprofessional that Keija told his wife over the phone that they was denied. He went on the curse at me saying he read the review, and we can keep that F**** money because I seem like we need it more, I told him if he was rude to my stuff like that, I see why she ended the call. ***** and her husband have been calling my staff cell number was weeks saying they live in a hotel and that they are mad about not qualifying cause of there credit sore. You have to have a 580 she was at 510 .
      I let him know thats why they was being denied and he was very upset . He asked me can we a least work with them  let him know thats we are fair housing and we have rules.

      I want to report this housing complex about my deposit. Theyre refusing to give me my deposit back.

      Ms ********************** a balance before moving out that she didnt pay.
      I told her that and give her a copy of her ledger. She also called the corporate office and they said her the same thing.
