    On June 11, Eagle Paving Experts were in my neighborhood to build a new driveway for my neighbor. I later found out that they never got his permission to start the work and had to discount him. I was aggressively sold on a new driveway for my home with a fee below regular asking price and told to keep the low figure to myself. I was promised a receipt on at least 6 occasions and never received it. I called their office and was told I could not have a receipt because I did not pay full price. The salesperson, who also ran the work crew, never told me this. He wanted the check made out to **********. I have no problem with the work, but I want the receipt and access to the warranty. They did the same thing to my next door neighbor, refusing to give her a receipt.
