      I took my car in for a front break inspection ONLY. They send me an inspection that had NO PHOTOS or information on my breaks. They claimed my car needed spark plugs, I never asked them to open and check under the hood, I never gave any consent for them to touch any engine components or anything under the hood. I asked them to ONLY check the front breaks. They removed the spark plugs, said i needed to replace them, with other additional lies about my car. I have proof of that inspection. I posted a bad review on ******, They called me and said they would make it right. They edited the inspection to make it seem they did inspect the breaks and deleted everything else they lied about. I have screenshots of the original inspection and then the edited one. They asked me to take my car back so that they can make it right only to keep my car for hours to then tell me they will not take responsibility for the damages they caused; my car started to stall and not run properly two days after they had it in their possession. When i took my car to them my car was running great with no lights on the dashboard and when they gave it back to me my EPC light, warning and engine light came on. They then told me my car was out of timing meaning my timing belt is out of place and refused to fix that which they cause by messing with my engine component they had to no authority to do so. This shop broke my car, refused to take accountability for it, found every excuse to dismiss my concerns, put me on the road dangerously and also told me that they were going to leave my car outside the closed shop with the keys inside in an area where vehicles get stolen daily. My car was running great until they messed with things they were never asked to look at and now im carless, jobless and emotionally wrecked because they took advantage of me, committed malpractice and fraud only to fool me into -paying things i didnt need which then they later broke on purpose to blame me and not the accountabili

      we have paid honest-1 at least 4 times to repair my vehicle several times, and every time we get it back out the shop it breaks back down! they have had my truck for two months and I still have to pay my car note as well as insurance. We got a call from the manager named ****** and he told us that because They (honest-1) never repaired my vehicle right that now my engine blew, and they are responsible for my truck. after two weeks went by with no update, I had my insurance company call them and they talked to the owner and she stated she was waiting on the insurance adjustor, and we would hear from her in a few days, and she'll get back to us. We've been calling ******** the insurance adjustor for two weeks and she has not returned our call. Meanwhile I still do not have a car and have been missing work and still have to pay my car note. I've called and left a message for ******** supervisor **** and still no returned call.
