    I was so excited to get this mop only to be disappointed! The first day using it the mop head wouldnt snap into place and while mopping it kept falling off! Not sure if its just my mop thats defective

    This mop was the worst mop I ever had. It broke after only having it less than a month. I wouldnt recommend this mop if they paid me. Piece of c*** You

    Easy-wring spin mop system broke with regular use, but I am very pleased with O-Cedar's resolution. I purchased the original spin mop about 6 months ago. The piece holding the spring below the red step lever cracked when it was stepped on about 3 weeks ago. I contacted O-Cedar 2 weeks ago via phone. They answered the phone right away, and they immediately sent an email with clear instructions on how to upload the needed pictures of the bucket with item number. They asked for a description of the damage. They did NOT require a receipt. I sent the email, and they commented that they were very happy to hear the feedback so that they can address the issue at the manufacturing level.Within 24 hours, I received a response that the entire system would be replaced at no charge. They kept me updated on the tracking number, and I received the replacement 4 days ago.O-Cedar's customer service was OUTSTANDING. I contacted them at the number listed on their website.
