      We keep getting calls, only on sat or sun, that their main office has not received a notice from or security system, that ads installed, ads keeps sending someone out to fix the problem, but after this happening 4 weeks in a row, Im having trouble with their service do you suppose *********************, who sold me my original system at my first home back in **** will hear about this, her dad founded the company!

      The problem was the property is in a valley and the radio would lose network periodically and send a late to test.  We have changed the transmitter to a cell type and there is a tower nearby. We received strong signals from this property. with this new transmitter. This has corrected the problem and alarm should no longer be periodically late to test.. We also changed out the keypad at no charge as the present one would not work with the cell transmitter.

      We have been billed for services we neither ordered or used. There isn't a phone number to call to have the company stop billing us. The billing seems to be a scam.

      Alarm Detection Services does false billing without doing the service.I got invoiced for fire extinguisher services for my 2 business locations in August 2022 for $168.00 - which I promptly paid. However, in doing some digging, I learned that this company actually never came out to do services. They provided false dates in 2022 of service when I inquired. I sent them pictures of the fire extinguishers that showed last service date in early 2021. They clearly did not come service and provided false dates of service and billed me. I called the office - spoke with ******* (rep) and she said the Manager *** was going to call - but I am yet to hear from him. BUYER BEWARE - this company is doing fraudulent services and billing!

      We have contacted the customer and explained that due  an internal clerical error the scheduled test was not done.  We have the scheduled the inspection with the customer for tomorrow.  i believe this will clear up the complaint.  Thanks
