    ***HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS***The reason for this email is in regards to a refund that was supposed to be credited back to my account but haven't seen it yet. On April 16th (which is also my birthday and planned a celebration which didn't turn out) there was an event at the Herradura, Groupo Frontera was expected to be an artist. That is the only reason I wanted to celebrate my birthday at the Herradura. Come to find out 3 days before the event they canceled and now would not be showing. There were fb posts from ********************* promising anyone that did not attend the event for the canceled artist would be getting a refund the next week. We'll here I am almost June attempting to get my refund for the services that were not provided. I do not want to have the ******** ******* or BBB get involved but I will send my complaint so please help with this refund. Not that it matters, but I'm a single mom of 3 and I was just trying to go out and celebrate my birthday but ended up broken hearted and out of $. *** NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM THE MERCHANT*** CALLED MY BANK TODAY TO BE TOLD THE MERCHANT PROVIDED THE SERVICE WHICH THEY DID NOT!!! THEY LIED TO MY BANK SAYING MY TICKETS WERE SCANNED WHEN THERE IS NO WAY SINCE I DIDNT GO TO THE EVENT! NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT!!!
