Aftermath was prompt, courteous knowledgeable, and respectful. They had the job done quickly efficiently and went above and beyond. Their guidance was very helpful. Do not hesitate to use this company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

These folks were fantastic! ****** was my contact. She was always available to answer questions and concerns. Her and her team were completely forthcoming with any items of value that was discovered. Very thorough cleaning procedures. They showed me progress photos when I couldnt be there and showed me results when I was there in person. Aftermath was very responsive. The job was awarded to them as they were helpful and courteous when we phoned in to make inquiry of their services.They called when they were 30 minutes out to give us an ETA and arrived at their scheduled appointment time.The technicians were professional and knowledgable, as well as personable in a trying time. **************ServiceMaster BioClean

1 starAftermath contacted me after a tenant was found deceased in my property for >2weeks. They provided a quote that was exorbitant and for over 5x what the insurance company was inevitably willing to pay. I was contacted several times by an aftermath representative about moving ahead with the job but on several occasions they were advised I would not use their services if insurance would not cover them. They then asked to do a "wipe down" such that in the event they were able to do the service it would be easier to complete. They were informed any work would be on their own dime until in insurance claim was processed. Later, with minimal work performed and a significant amount left to be completed I received a bill of over $7000. Luckily insurance covered this amount as well. I would avoid this company at all costs. Quite frankly how and what they charge the insurance is fraudulent.Review fromNate S

The team was very caring and compassionate during this unprecedented tragic event. Everything was clearly explained and handled respectfully. I encountered challenges navigating and getting answers from the homeowner insurance and Aftermath navigated that process. Details to their work, cleaning, removal, care to personal items and property were consistent. They worked diligently and very hard. We were so appreciative of the Aftermath team that helped us during an extremely difficult time. ****** and **** were absolutely amazing. I've never seen two ladies work harder. But most importantly, they were so kind and caring to me and my son, who just lost his dad. They took great care of the things we could save, went over and above to save some things I thought would have to be thrown out, things that were very important to us.
