    Our relationship started with *****, the owner of Breaker Once Electric, back in July of 2021 when he came to our previous home to complete some electrical work to help in getting our house sold. We sold our house and then had ***** and his Team come to our new home to do some work as well and we were pleased. The last job we had ***** working on had to do with running some electrical work in our basement for a room we added. He sent one of his workers to our home on September 15th, 2022. The worker came out and what was to be done was:1. Run the four electrical outlets in the room with boxes per code.2. Run piping and a box for light in room with a light switch per code.3. Add a smoke detector near the room or in the room per code. The total cost to get this done was $1150 and we paid his worker $825 that night because the work was not complete with the hopes that when they come back to finish, we would give the remaining $325. Because we did not give the full $1150, he texted asking why we did not and we explained because the job was not finished. ***** then came back on October 15th, 2022, exactly 1 month later. ***** came this time with a worker, and they were able to install the light, the 4 outlets and the light switch and all was working but he did not install the smoke detector and due to something his previous worker did on September 15th, the electrical in the room is not independent to itself and is controlled by two light switches outside the room and should not be. We paid the $325 with is promise to come back and install the outlet covers, the light switch covers, install smoke detector and fix the connection so the hallway light switch does not turn of electricity to room. As of 02/02/2023 ***** has not returned to finish work. We have reached out on 11/05, 11/08, 11/16, 11/27, 11/28, 12/04, 12/05, 12/06, 12/09, 12/10, 12/13 of 2022 and 01/23 and 02/02 of 2023 and his response is always he will come, gives a date time but never shows.
