    1/13/2025 I received an invoice from *************************** at Crystal House for $340 for the repair of 5 crystal goblets. I spent $30 shipping the goblets to ***** ****. I called Chaz and ***** to confirm that the goblets were received. ***** advised that he was working on them. Waited several weeks, then called again. ***** reported that they were shipped. After not receiving them, I emailed ***** and was told that I could pick them up. Then told that he was confused by my name and they were shipped to another ***** allegedly in **! I checked the tracking number with Fed Ex, and they do not show that they were ever delivered. I have repeatedly asked for my money back only to be told excuse after excuse. Now I want $370 for repairs and shipping costs. I think they are a scam!

    Sent crystal pieces for repair on 8.8.23, received an invoice for repairs and paid it on 9.16.23. I have been in contact several times since payment to ask when I can expect my crystal and each time they promise it's going to be done. I'm still waiting and now I'm beginning to wonder if I have been scammed.
