    I was told that I was not on a contract and I was told that it was not going to do a deep cleaning that it would be $180 Monday and I was charged $300 when I called the agency and reported this I was told that if they had done more work in my house it would have cost more money now they are saying they charge me by the hour since I am not going to do business with them next month I would like someone to look into this business because I feel that I was misled and now I'm paying $500 for service that was rendered at my home

    We apologize for any confusion. We require a deep cleaning whenever starting regular service with a client. While we have negotiated this with some clients, it is only done under specific circumstances. Any waiving of this would have been noted on the pamphlet that we provided.Our pricing is based on whether our clients are booking regular or one-time service with us. As a sign of good faith, we will go ahead and refund the difference between the two price models. The additional coupon given for recurring services, however, will not be able to be applied.We strive to live up to our long-standing reputation, and regret if we have let you down in any way.
