  Horrible comunicacion and 7 different people call you about your case and no one knows what they are doing . I thought we pay them to fill out our paperwork but it seems like we have been doing it all ourselves and giving them the SAME information OVER AND OVER AGAIN .. I can't wait for this case to be done... I don't recommend them to ANYONE...

  Alexandria,Upon receipt of this review, the managing attorney at Consumer Law Group, LLC, conducted a thorough review of your matter. As you are aware, your legal matter was cancelled with our office in November 2022. Per our previous discussions, we stood ready, willing, and committed to file an I-134a Parole for your husband's immigration matter. Based on your representation, you indicated to our office that you wished to proceed "on your own without our representation" after we provided you with the proper qualification of the immigration service for which your husband potentially qualified as well as provided the forms and list of documents needed for the ***** submission. To date, you paid $150 for legal services. Our case review for services rendered showed time invested of over $1,500 for legal services rendered. Still, in line with our mission to provide client satisfaction to ALL of our clients, we have not sought a remedy for the unpaid legal fees that you still owe our firm so this review comes as an unexpected surprise. We at CLG ultimately are saddened that we were not able to help your family through this process, but we hope nothing but good things for you in the future.

  Hace 1 mes envi mis documentos a esta oficina de Abogados para solicitar la remocin de condiciones de mi residencia temporal, con causa de violencia domstica y an no he recibido respuestas, la persona encargada de mi caso nunca ha contestado mis llamadas ni correos electrnicos, solo llaman para cobrar los 15 y 30 de cada mes, solo dicen que mis documentos estn en revisin y lo ms ****** de mi situacin es que mi tarjeta de residencia se vence en 2 mesesaparentemente son estafadores que se aprovechan de la necesidad de la gente, no cometa el error de contratarlos.

  Please note that as of the date of the present response, we believe this concern has been addressed to Complainants satisfaction. **************** (Complainant) hired Consumer Law Group, LLC (CLG) on July 12, 2022 for representation in her legal matters before the ************* Citizenship and ******************* (USCIS). From inception, CLG has been in constant communication with Complainant including telephonic and SMS case status updates as well as appointments with paralegal and attorney staff. ****************** legal matter is not a simple transactional matter that can be filed without thorough preparation and review. CLG can never compromise the integrity of any of its clients legal matters for the sake of expeditious filing at the sacrifice of quality of work. We understand that **************** provided documentation to CLG in furtherance of her legal matter, but these documents needed to be analyzed thoroughly by our CLG attorneys and many of them need to be translated by CLG staff. ****************** concerns were addressed personally by a CLG Supervising Attorney on September 27, 2022 and she has expressed understanding and satisfaction that her matter will be filed this week.
